4. Chapter Goals

• Holding quarterly meetings. (See detail in Tab.1)

• Hold at least 3 academic activities involving local members, could be combined with chapter quarterly meetings;

• Increase memberships of GRSS by 50% in the local region, ~10;

• Assist on the IGARSS 2016 conference to be held in Beijing.

• Research discussion/cooperation.
